Give your dress the "pinch test".
But your dress must pass the "pinch test" first. Here's how to perform it:
1). On a non-stained area of the dress, use both hands and grab a small area of the material between your thumbs and forefingers.
2). Lightly apply pressure by squeezing the thumbs and fingers. If you cannot feel the material separating, then:
